The pearls are beautiful and as advertised, that's what's really important. For the price point, a nicer presentation box seems appropriate, and some form of shipping protection--the box shipped in a padded envelope and was crushed on arrival.

Outstanding piece of jewelry. Excellent weight, feel, color and size.

Customer service was excellent in sending missing certificate and replacing damaged case.

This necklace is beautiful. I got this as a graduation gift for my oldest daughter. I was a little worried making such an important purchase online but Amazon came through and I am very pleased with this purchase.

The clasp is hard to learn but its secure. The pearls are nice.

These were a Christmas gift for someone. The pearls were beautiful and well matched, very round and very uniform. They have a wonderful shine and were well received by my recipient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the color was not as white as shown in the online photo. The pearls in the necklace I received had a distinctly pink tinge rather than being white as shown. Still beautiful, and I did keep them.

The necklace is lovely and appears to be well made. I haven't worn them yet but have a special occasion that they will be great for. Delivery was prompt...rec'd in a nice box with a certificate of authenticity. Very professional. Thank you!

My wife was please with her gift, the only thing I was not fully happy with was the length. If I had know better I would have opted for a greater length of approximately 20 inches. But that was my error as I did not do my homework. Other than that I was happy with my purchase.

1) The pearls were a gift for a family member and she loved it! The necklace was delivered on time as promised. I had also purchased AAA rated fresh water pearls necklace set at the same time from a different seller. When the 2
were compared, a couple issues stood out which dropped my rating for this item from 5 to 3 stars:
1) The black box that came w/necklace was
generic and looked cheap. Unlike the freshwater
pearls which came in a much nicer gift box lined with a black velvet interior which presented the freshwater pearls more brilliantly and appeared to be more expensive. I paid less for the
freshwater pearls compared to the Akoya pearls
2) The 14K gold clasp was beautiful and had an intricate locking mechanism thus making it difficult to figure out how to hook/unhook the
clasp. It would be extremely useful to provide a diagram with step by step directions on how to use the clasp.
3) The certificate did not specify the Nacre nor provide an estimated GIA value unlike the certificates seen from other Sellers.

Pearl luster was even better than expected

My daughter in law loves it. I have never seen it. I live in Hawaii, she lives in Pennsylvania.

Beautiful pearls and an excellent price- the matching earrings are perfect to pair with necklace. I love the certificate included with both. Will probably buy again for my daughters' Christmas gifts.

This necklace is beautiful and it delivered the level of quality that was stated in their Amazon description. I had researched comparable pearl jewelry in retail stores and nothing came close to both price and quality. On that note, I had stopped at a 5th Av (NYC) Bloomindales who had similar sized Akoya pearls for more than double the price, but compared to this one the coating and luster was crap. I feel like most of the brand-named stores have overpriced pearls w/ marginal quality.
