Since we import large volumes of over pearls directly from pearl farm, we may offer our customers the high quality pearls at the lowest prices.  We are so confident in our pearl quality and prices, we encourage our customers to compare the quality and prices of our products with those of our competitors. To guarantee your complete and total satisfaction, we offer our customers our 60-Day Challenge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 60 days and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price.

 

If you wish to return the item:

• Please call us at 972-275-9188 for a Return Authorization before sending out the package
• Return must be within 60 days of receiving the item, in its original packaging
• Return will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price (Shipping is not refunded) within 4~6 days
• For orders from outside of USA, additional cost will be deducted
• Any jewelry must be returned in its original purchase condition
• AKWAYA Pearl Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or uninsured packages in the return process
